I don’t know about you, but I’m not always motivated. There are days when I just don’t feel like it. Knowing that I have deadlines and tasks that need to be completed.
My mission will not be accomplished if I am continually in a state of ‘can’t be bothered’.
Here are some tips for self-discipline to build healthy habits:
1. Active goal setting
This instils discipline because it gives us direction. It also helps us to avoid distractions by seeing just what needs to be done.
Aside from helping you to be more disciplined, it will improve your memory, curb inflammation and pain, lower stress, spur your creativity.
To be self-disciplined and achieve our goals, we need to be organised. Organisation is a habit that needs to be instilled in your personal and business life.
4. Time management
Most people that know me know that I’m a big on time management. When you’re running a business, married and have children you almost have no choice but to effectively manage your time. Without the habit of time management, it would be virtually impossible for me to complete anything.
What tip do you have to be more self-disciplined?
Thank you for stopping by.
